Each dish has been conceived to highlight the versatility and richness of this exceptional product, combining technique, creativity, and respect for both Mediterranean and Japanese culinary traditions.

You may also enhance the experience with the option of adding an exclusive wine pairing selected by our sommelier, carefully designed to complement each course and create perfect harmony between flavours, textures, and aromas.
